50% of total cost is to be paid up front, and the remaining 50% before item is shipped. These are custom designs and therefore can not be resold if a customer decides to not pay for their order.

 

Similarly, no returns are accepted due to the custom nature of our products.

Imperfections are sometimes part of hand made items.

Please note, we are not responsible for the outcome of work if we have not supplied all products in the project.

We are currently set up to accept payment via etransfer. You will receive payment instructions once your order has been placed.
